Terms of use

These terms apply when you use PassDental. Effective 2026-09-28.

1. The service

PassDental provides original practice questions, clinical cases, timed mocks and study tools for the NDEB AFK and ACJ. Part of it is free; the rest requires full access.

2. Full access

Full access is a one-time purchase that lasts for the period of the plan you buy (3 or 6 months) from the date of purchase. It does not renew or charge you again. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Full access is a personal, non-transferable licence for one person; please don't share your account or sign-in.

3. Refunds

See the Refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't copy, scrape, resell or publish PassDental questions, cases or explanations.
• Don't use automated tools to access the service or try to get around its access controls.
• Don't post or share NDEB exam content or "recalls" through PassDental, including in Help messages.

5. Educational use only

PassDental is study material. It is not clinical or professional advice and does not replace the NDEB reference texts or your own training. We work to keep content accurate and current, but we can't guarantee that it is free of errors or that you will pass any exam. PassDental is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NDEB. NDEB, AFK®, ACJ® and NDECC® are trademarks of the NDEB, used only to describe the exams.

6. Content

PassDental's questions, cases, explanations and software belong to PassDental. Your licence lets you use them for your own study while your access lasts.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep PassDental available and improving, and we may change or add content and features. If we ever stop offering full access during a paid period, we will refund the unused portion.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, PassDental's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for full access in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your access

You can stop using PassDental at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing accounts or copying content; access removed for a breach is not refunded.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Questions? Use the Help button on any page of the app. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
