Refund policy
If full access isn't right for you, you can get your money back — with a simple limit so the whole bank can't be used and then refunded. Effective 2026-09-28.
The policy
You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have answered fewer than 100 full-access questions (questions outside the free demos). Free questions you answered before or after buying don't count toward the limit.
How to ask
- Use the Help button on any page of the app.
- Say you'd like a refund and give the email you used at checkout.
We'll confirm eligibility and refund to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Full access ends when the refund is issued.
After 7 days
Purchases are otherwise final, except where the law requires a refund or where we stop offering full access during your paid period (see the Terms).
